Showcasing tastes from his four venues in one location with produce sourced from his favourite market suppliers, local brewers and winemakers.
From the skill and craftsmanship of ESP (Estelle by Scott Pickett in Northcote); the uber-hip Saint Crispin in Collingwood; everyone’s favourite local in Northcote, Estelle Bistro; and the best coffee and rotisserie chicken roll at Queen Vic Market, Pickett’s Deli & Rotisserie.
