How to submit an EOI
1. Review the Trader Shed Information Pack
Please read the Trader Shed Information Pack before you submit your EOI. It explains:
- what storage is planned
- what QVM will provide
- what you will need to arrange yourself
- fit-out, racking and shelving requirements
- design and approval processes
- how the facility will run
Download the Trader Shed Information Pack (PDF)
2. Tell us what you need
Fill in the online EOI form to tell us about your business and storage requirements. Think about:
- what products you will store
- what temperature they need
- how much stock or how many pallets you will need to store
- busy seasons when you may need more space
- any racking or shelving you plan to install
Complete the EOI form
Need help filling in the form? Please contact Ainsworth Property. Their details are at the bottom of this page.
3. Review and discuss your requirements
Once EOIs close, we will review every submission.
Ainsworth Property will then be in touch to talk with you about suitable options, including space, availability, pricing and licence terms.
Final sizes and layouts will depend on demand and the space available. If the option you ask for is not available, we may offer you other options.
4. Confirm your space and plan your fit-out
Once we agree on your space and terms, we will prepare a licence agreement for you to sign.
You will need to arrange your own racking, shelving and fit-out. It must follow the Trader Shed Information Pack and QVM’s approval process. You must have approval before any installation starts.
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee you a storage space. We will confirm availability and when you can move in as part of the allocation process.
