How do I choose between delivery and click & collect?
When you begin to add goods to your cart on Queen Vic Market Online, you will be asked to select between delivery and click & collect and select your preferred delivery or collection window.
Is there a minimum online order value?
No, there is no minimum order on Queen Vic Market Online.

We currently deliver to over 150 postcodes within 20kms of the Market. Please check our postcode list here.
What if my postcode is not in your delivery zone?
You can still place your order with Click & Collect.

Is there same day delivery?
Yes. If you place your order before 10am on a Market day (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday), your order can be delivered on the same day.

Yes, there is a $15 delivery fee on all online orders.
When will the Market goods be delivered?
Your Market goods will be delivered within the delivery window you select on your checkout. Delivery windows are either 12pm – 4pm or 4pm – 8pm on Market days (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a text message when your order is collected from Queen Vic Market and you will be given an estimated arrival time with a link to track your order.
Do you deliver to commercial addresses/ offices?
Yes, as long as the office or property falls within our delivery catchment and somebody is there to receive it.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
We recommend that you are home to receive your order. However, you may select the option to leave your delivery unattended and provide specific directions to your driver on checkout.
Please note that any chilled or frozen items are packed in non-insulated packaging and may spoil if left unattended.
We recommend being home to accept your order if it contains perishable goods. Queen Vic Market Online will not be responsible for any loss (including theft) of delivered products or spoilage following an unattended delivery.
If you have selected that someone needs to be home to receive your order and our delivery partner is unable to reach you, your order will be returned to Queen Vic Market and re-delivery charges, as well as the cost of perishables, may apply.
Please note that if you are purchasing alcohol through Queen Vic Market Online, you will not be able to select our unattended delivery method.
Is delivery contactless?
All deliveries (unattended or not) will be contactless. To eliminate unnecessary physical interaction, our delivery partner has replaced the signature proof of delivery with photo proof.

What is click & collect?
An option to collect your online order from our click & collect point in the Market car park.
Where is the click & collect zone?
The click & collect zone is in the Queen Vic Market Car Park. You can enter the Car Park from Franklin Street or Queen Street, then follow the click & collect signs to our collection zone. You will not be charged for entering the Car Park to collect your goods.
Is there a fee for click & collect?
No, there is no fee for click & collect.
When can I collect my produce with the click & collect option?
Click & collect is available on:
- Market days (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday): 12pm-7pm
- Market days (Saturday and Sunday): 12pm-5pm
Is click & collect contactless?
All click & collect pick ups are contactless. Please remain in your car and our customer service representative will bring your order to you.
I have a special request for the product I am ordering
If you have specific requests for your products, like your meat cut into a certain size, please include these in the order note next to the specific product ordered in your cart.
Please be aware that weights are only approximate. We will always attempt to get as close to the weight selected as possible.
The product I normally order is not listed online. Can I still order this?
You can only order the products listed on this website. If there are specific products you’d like to see on Queen Vic Market Online please get in contact here.
Do prices change on products?
Yes, prices change due to demand of product, seasonality and other factors.
Can I get alcohol delivered?
Yes, alcohol is available to purchase for customers aged 18 or over. Customers must be home for delivery and the delivery driver will check ID to anyone who appears under the age of 25. Anyone who cannot provide valid ID upon request will be refused delivery of the product and items returned to Queen Vic Market Online.
Unattended deliveries containing alcohol will not be permitted.
