The Turkish Pazar Festival brings all the delights of a traditional Turkish Ramazan Festival to the Queen Victoria Market with a vibrant, free and family-friendly celebration of food, music, dance and culture to mark the end of the fasting month.
Visitors can savour an array of traditional street foods with familiar favourites such as gözleme and döner kebab, as well as delicious vegan and vegetarian snacks and sweets – Turkish coffee will give visitors the strength to keep going all day long!
Our friendly stallholders love sharing stories about their culture and celebrations. Explore stunning displays of arts and handcrafts, including live ebru (paper marbling) demonstrations and more. Don’t miss the Australian Ottoman Mehter Band performing on Sunday, plus free activities all weekend to keep the little ones entertained.
