Making Food Waste Tasty Tour
|Detail:||Saturday 16 February, 1pm-3pm|
Perfect for those wanting to learn how to reduce their food waste, this tour begins by visiting the Queen Vic Market stallholders to find out what food they will be throwing away if it’s not sold that day. The food is taken back to the Market’s demonstration kitchen to show you quick recipes you can do at home with these ingredients.
The two-hour tour will include a talk from a market organic produce stallholder on the benefits of biodynamic and organic produce; and a free organic coffee – please don’t forget to bring your reusable cup!
