HAM

A staple at most Christmas do’s, a number of Market traders specialise in bone-in hams, including W.R King who showcase prize-winning Lago and Paramount Smallgoods Hams which are made using slow and gentle curing processes and are triple smoked with mountain ash. The best part, they come in all shapes and sizes, so are perfect for both big and small festivities. If you’re thinking of going free range this year, then the team at Bill’s Farm have just the ham for you! They’ve stocked up on Peter Bouchier Free Range Bone-in Ham, which are APIQ accredited and sourced from the Northern Grampians. Or make a ham statement this Christmas, with the finest Spanish ham (Air Dried Serrano Ham) from The Corner Larder. Their 1kg vacuum packed ham even includes a knife and cutting board! TURKEY

The teams at the Corner Chicken Shop, Melbourne City Meats and The Chicken Pantry are determined to make cooking perfect poultry easy. Be it a whole turkey or fillet roll, all birds are certified free range and local to Victoria to ensure their freshness. At the Corner Chicken Shop, your turkey will even come with a choice of four homemade stuffings, including sage & onion (our favourite!), spinach & pinenut, gluten free apricot & macadamia and cranberry & chestnut.
