The name of this ham stems from its roots in Gypsy camps where the pork would be smoked over a wood fire, giving the skin a dark and rich colour.
This is a very flavoursome, lean and fully boned leg ham which is trimmed and netted. Perfect for Christmas day!
Whole ham weight is approximately 3.5 – 4kg and is 100% Australian Pork.
