Handcrafted by La Rustica using premium-grade Australian free-range pork leg, this artisan ham is hand-tied, lightly cured, triple-smoked and gently baked to deliver rustic, full-bodied flavour.

Weighing approximately 3 kg, this ham serves around 12–14 people, making it ideal for mid-sized festive gatherings, gourmet platters or any occasion where ham is the centrepiece.
