Application Process
Applications close at 9am Monday 2nd April 2018. Due to the volume of applications we are unable to accept any applications after this date. At the close of submissions, the Queen Victoria Market selection panel will review all applications and contact successful applicants requesting an interview. First round offers will be made early May and we will endeavour to notify every applicant in writing of the outcome as soon as possible. The decision of the selection panel is final and not open to appeal. Due to the volume of applications we are unable to provide feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
Payment Process
To confirm your position at the Winter Night Market all successful full season stallholders will be required to pay the whole season’s fees via direct debit in the week commencing Monday 21st May 2018. This is to ensure a full, vibrant market experience for our customers each week. Please ensure availability of funds, as failure to have sufficient funds may result in withdrawal of the offer of license. Casual fees will be deducted by noon on the day of trade.
