Made by Tony Allen in South Eastern Australia, Petit Verdot is not often sold as a single variety. This one has an amazing depth of flavour; it’s rich, but nicely balanced with tannin and a fresh finish to make a very moorish food wine. Have it with red meat or spice as it will stand up to anything you can throw at it.
