Ingredients
1 250g wheel brie
1/2 cup shelled pistachios or any nuts you like
1/2 cup truffle honey
Crackers or bread
Method
- Heat oven to 180° and arrange a rack in the middle for your brie.
- Place your Brie in a small ovenproof baking dish and bake until cheese is melted and soft, but still in its shape – about 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside to cool for approx. 10 minutes.
- Place pistachios in the oven and bake until golden brown and toasted, about 10 minutes. Heat honey in a small pan over medium heat. When it comes to a boil, remove from heat.
- When ready to serve, place cheese on a serving plate, top with a few spoonfuls of honey and a spoonful of toasted pistachios. Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
