Made by Simon Robertson, Sangiovese is the dominant grape of Chianti in Italy, and was first planted in Australia in the 90s. It shows classic bitter cherry fruit with a hint of cocoa and has that wonderful mouth puckering acid, and strong tannin balance. It's super bright and crisp, while maintaining fresh raspberry, cherry and strawberry flavours. Vegan friendly.
