This artisan-produced leg ham on the bone from Fabris Smallgoods, Victoria, is perfect for large gatherings and festive entertaining. Made from 100% Australian pork, each ham is traditionally cured and naturally wood-smoked for rich flavour and tender texture.
This full leg with half a bone is ideal for glazing and roasting as a stunning Christmas centrepiece, or served cold and sliced for buffets and family feasts. Weighing approximately 6.5 kg, it serves around 20 to 25 people, making it perfect for entertaining throughout the holiday season.
