Made in Victoria by Fabris Smallgoods, this traditional half leg ham on the bone is crafted from 100 % Australian pork, naturally cured and wood-smoked for that rich, authentic Fabris flavour. Known for their award-winning hams, Fabris brings artisan care and consistency to every cut — tender, juicy, and beautifully balanced.
Weighing approximately 4.5 kg, this ham serves around 16 to 18 people, making it perfect for Christmas entertaining, family feasts, or holiday buffets. Ideal for glazing and roasting as a centrepiece, or simply enjoyed cold and sliced for platters and sandwiches.
