White nectarines are a beautiful red on the outside with a creamy white interior. These uber sweet fruits have a smooth flavor finish and very little acidity. They’re just like their yellow counterparts, except for one difference. They lack a gene that causes fuzz and are smooth-skinned on the outside!
White nectarines may as well be dessert on their own, but if you must enjoy them in another form, we recommend slicing these on a salad or grilling them and topping with a dollop of ice cream.
