Our very popular Scallop pie recipe (inherited from great grandma) is made with our famous puff pastry. Inside is a generous handful of scallops, bound in a light curried sauce, lightly spiced with a little ‘keens’ curry powder – a uniquely Tasmanian thing. Alternatively, our cheese and white sauce is just as delicious. Packaged frozen for freshness.
