We fully clean our calamari and it is ideal for stuffing and baking dishes.
Very soft and tender – simply cut into rings and flour, salt and pepper and shallow fry.
Please note: Once Calamari is cleaned it looses approximately 30% of its weight.
So an order of 1kg will yield you approximately 700gms nett.
