Tim and Aylene Moore started Tam Jewellery at Queen Victoria Market in 1970. Initially, Tam Jewellery was specialised in selling costume jewellery, over the years they have improved their product offerings and started selling sterling silver charms, necklaces, bracelets, and Australian opals. They were the first stall at the Market to sell Australian Opals, all set in Australia, in either sterling silver, 9ct or 14ct gold.

Tam Jewellery offers a great range of Australian made sterling silver charms, anything from a kangaroo to a kitchen sink. A larger selection of sterling silver chains is available too, varying in lengths (from 35cm-120cm), thicknesses and styles.

They pride themselves on the quality of the products they sell, with over 95% of their products being made in Australia.
