Melbourne Book Market

Melbourne Book Market is a curated collection of more than 5,000 new and pre-loved titles selected and presented by 15 of Melbourne’s most experienced booksellers as well as authors, illustrators and book creators.
Peruse literature, history, gardening, travel, art and kids books, plus an array of quality second-hand vinyl records and CDs.
The 15 founding members will have their own stalls at the Market every Sunday, presenting up to 20 pop up stalls at the Melbourne Book Market.

Including many children’s classics
There will be live acoustic music from local Melbourne artists each week and demonstrations by picture book illustrators.

Meet the Author:
Sunday 17 November, book-lovers will be able to meet and mingle with author and illustrator Serena Geddes. Having published over fifty titles in Australia and overseas ranging from board books to picture books and junior novels, Serena has also worked worked for Walt Disney Animation on sequels to The Lion King, Peter Pan Return to Neverland, Lady and the Tramp and Jungle Book.
Market-goers can catch Serena at the Books Illustrated stand between 11.30am – 1pm.
