A cheese created by the expert hands of Mario and Egidio Fiandino: from the choice of milk, naturally 100% Piedmontese, as well as the processing and salting phases. The Selezione Fiandino Riserva rests in a dedicated area of the maturing room on ultra-centenary fir boards from the Stura Valley, in the province of Cuneo, which give the unique aromas to this cheese.
