He’s a big boy full of life and spice, inspiring this tasty condiment.’Boofhead’ Chilli Oil began as a home project during lockdown 2020 and has since turned into ReWine’s newest refillable oil. Boofhead Chilli Oil is the perfect spicy treat to put on top of eggs, pizza or into your favourite noodle dish.
Made right here at Queen St, using Extra Virgin Olive Oil, chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika, star anise, cloves and Maldon sea salt flakes.
