Our vegan Pappardelle, one of our most popular pasta. A long, flat, and broad ribbon pasta, that originated in Tuscany, and is often enjoyed in the winter months.
Our pasta is made with Australian-sourced durum wheat semolina flour.
Try: It goes best with a ragu or Salsa Bolognese – or if meat is not your thing – a Mushroom sauce. Add a dash of Cacio e Pepe to the mushroom sauce and you will be in pasta heaven.
