This is a traditional Middle Eastern recipe made with biodynamic chickpeas from the Wimmera. Believing that fresh ingredients such as onion and parsley are always best fresh, we have provided the dry ingredients so that all that is required is to add water, a diced onion and parsley. This falafel can be shallow fried in the pan or fried traditionally in olive oil. It is also fantastic cooked on the BBQ.
