This variety is generally blended away into Bordeaux reds but is a stand alone wine in the Loire Valley Chinon. This 2022 Cabernet Franc is big, bold and ripe; a standout from leading Coonawarra winery Hollick. Boasting bold flavours and a rich aroma that's sure to leave you wanting more. Lots of ripe red fruits balanced with quite high alcohol with lovely tannins.
