Nothing says Summer Christmas quite like fresh seafood. This December, discover hundreds of seasonal, locally sourced fish and seafood options, and remember to ask our friendly traders what the catch of the day is!
All of our friendly fishmongers will be fully stocked with all the essentials right up until Christmas Eve.
This year, expect to see delicious whole salmon (and fillets), oysters, flathead, plus succulent Moreton Bay Bugs, the juiciest Aussie prawns and of course, the hero of many Christmas feasts – crayfish and lobster. Pre-order your crayfish and lobster to avoid disappointment.

Ham
A staple at most Christmas get-togethers; many market traders specialise in high quality, locally-produced and ever-so-succulent ham.
Our delicatessens are fully stocked and traders are here to help you select the perfect size for your family. Avoid the rush and pre-order your Christmas ham! Most of our stallholders will be stocking the goods right up until Christmas Eve.
Over at Big Vic Deli you’ll find the finest Otway Pork in full and half legs, plus a Nitrate Free half leg.

At M&G Caiafa, you’ll find traditional and Australian made panforte, Panettone, delicious mince tarts, plus a collection of beautifully designed Christmas biscuit and chocolate tins. This year, they have even gotten their hands on award-winning panettone classico by Olivieri 1882 which was voted the best traditional panettone in the world by The New York Times.
Queen Vic Deli is the home of both classic and flavoured panettone, with specialty flavours including limoncello and Dubai pistachio. Owner, Faye, has also been busy in the kitchen, whipping up homemade rocky road and festive slices.
